BUSINESS FOR THE DAY:

The presiding Officer Rizaline M. Delmo informed the council that the number of cases is nearly eight time higher
than the cases recorded during the period last year. Dengue cases are recorded throughout the year, m ost cases
usually happen during the rainy season when stagnant water becomes breeding ground of mosquitos. She suggest to
continuously advised resident to destroy breeding ground of mosquitos, urging them to get rid of bottles, cans and
other containers and objects where water accumulates.

The presiding Officer Rizaline M. Delmo informed the council that the Barangay Business Permit that
some business establishment addresses in Tabuc Suba Jaro namely, Spa Olivanza, Wewins, 7/11, Lanai Resto Bar,
BDO and Rogers Trading. Kagawad Lorna D. Panes informed the council that we had already passed a resolution
last 2009 regarding on that matters and she also confirmed that the issued receipt of 7/11, Wewins and including
Petron Gas Station addresses in Tabuc Suba Jaro. Barangay Chairwoman Rizaline M. Delmo suggested that before I
signed the Barangay Business Permit I will require the photocopy of the following. 1. Receipt 2. ID owner /
manager 3. Certificate of Registration from the (BIR) and 4. No Garbage Segregation No Business Permit.

The presiding Officer Rizaline M. Delmo informed the council that the barangay janitor has resigned.
Kagawad Ma. Victoria H. Ruel suggested since we had 5 barangay sweeper, one of them will clean the barangay
hall and have it rotation of duty.
