GUIDELINES FOR PROJECT SUBMISSION

1) Submit work on or before the deadline specified. Note that late work will receive a
5 points deduction on the final grade for each day late, including weekends. Have
each copy received/stamped by the course Professor with current date and time.

2) Include a cover page in the following format and with the following information:

3) Make one copy of each document: one for the instructor and another for the review
group. (Make sure you have your own copy.)

4) Use ONLY white A4 size bond paper with text on one side only. Use at least 12-
point size text. Times New Roman

5) For all diagrams, use any graphics package such as Visio, DrawIO, etc. (As long as
your output is computer-generated -- no handwritten, pencilled charts please!)

Order the data items (from your transformed relation with a max of 12
char names) alphabetically. Put a short description of each and other
domain definitions necessary. (Use X for alphanumeric chars, 9 for
numeric, A for alphabetic).
