Research Objectives
This study aims to examine the verbal communication in multicultural colleges.
Hence, this study sought to answer the following questions:

1. What is the importance of verbal communication in multicultural college?


2. How does culture influence students’ attitudes in multicultural colleges?
3. How do the respondents assess their communication skills in terms of;
3.1 pronunciation;
3.2 enunciation;
3.3 diction;
3.4 fluency; and
3.5 accent?

Hypothesis
The students who are currently registered in the one semester oral
communication course can show greater overall accomplishment in perceived oral
communication competency and fewer apprehension regarding speaking with a good
communication skill in terms of pronunciation, enunciation, diction, fluency and accent
than people who have not taken the course.
