Purpose of Meeting:
 Complete evaluation tool for piloting post March trips
 Explore a “course report” type template to use for reporting evaluation by team leaders to committee post trips

Supporting RN at Mountain Mission School Feurer: 5min Chris Turner to find the contact person and their needs.
RAM Proposal for July (Wise) Update Feurer: 5min RAM trip secured
Lodging- $510 to stay 10 people
July applications opened on Feberuary 27
Faculty choosen in March and then opened for students in April
Jack Speed sub committee update- Met with mission V.P.
Participant are required to pay fee.
Kathy and Cameille working on team formation to explore ways
to parallel St. Mary hospital with college.
New Business
Outreach Experiences Evaluation Methods Djeukeng:30 min Benji reported that team met on 12/02 to look at evaluation of
experience .
Proposal to focus on post instrument and next year will
establish pre work, during and post work reflection .

Terms: Statstics for selected vs actual participated
Service: Patty suggested to add observation and educational
sessions for qualitative data.
Participants satisfaction: qualitative vs quantataive data .
Alternative spring break has separate instrument . Jared will
send it to Amy, which will be posted in share point.
Global partner satisfication : Meet with community leaders and
get recommendations (Qualatative data)
Budget: Add cost per participant under projected in
parentheses
Change “student” to participant on the objective in the survey
instrument.
Jennifer Goins suggested to add safety in the survey.
Chrissie Perkins suggested to add overall satisfication in the
survey. Benji will edit the changes and amy will post on the
share point.
