Justice

My name is Víctor and today I'm going to express my opinions on the topic of
justice.

This seems like quite a broad topic and at the same time somewhat of a touchy
sbuject (= tema espinoso).

What springs to mind for me (=me viene a la cabeza) when I think about justice
are equal rights. Don't ask me why but it's the first thing that has come to my
mind.

I'm thinking about the struggle (la lucha) of black people in America and Martin
Luther King's speech. The non-violent civil disobedience movement in America
fought hard to bring justice for African Americans. I studied this period in history
class at secondary school.

We live in a globalised world, where you can buy a can of Coca Cola anywhere
on the planet and rest assured ( estar seguro) that the flavour will be the same.
