Strength of the company

The strengths of the company that the author noticedis the teacher's/Proffesor's attitude towards their
Students. They are very helpful to their student's whenever their student's are asking them for a help.
The students are also one of the strenghts of the company because they are very respectful and very
responsible.

Weaknesses of the company

The weaknesses of the comapany that the author noticed is the lack of facilities like the canteen because
they don't really have their canteen inside the campus. They are also not high tech because most of their
printers are not functioning well.

Conclusion

The university is lacking of facilities and are not hight tech which causes the teachers, staff, students
and the work immersion student to struggle on working, that even if they want to finish their work on
the given they cannot because the university is very lack of facilities and the machines can't work faster.
But, the good thing is, the people in the unuversity are very helpful with one another that even if they
can't work faster because they are lacking with facilities and not high tech they can come up with the
quick solution for their problems.

Recommndation

Summary

The entire stay of the author on the company has been very productive and she learned a lot. She
learned new things that is never did before, she learned how to cut papers using paper cutter, she
learned how to conduct book binding and learned how use the book binding machine, she learned how
to do an office works like photocopying, arranging files, and disribute payslip, those were the new things
she learned but the most important things that learned from work immersion is working on the real
office environment. Working on the real office environment teached her to learn new things, teached
her on how to interact with the people inside the office, be respectful to them all the time and
responsible on doing the office works by using the time efficiently and finishing the assigned task on
time.
