Searching for new employees

INTRODUCTION
This report is to inform the findings and recommendations about the visit to EmpleaTec

Stands
The stands on EmpleaTec were distributed by the type of companies and the capacity of
employment. The staff gave you the layout of the companies. Which I attached at the end of this
document.
People Helping
In each stand there were at least 2 people giving information about the company and the
opportunities they have, they asked you about your major in order to analyze if it fits on the
vacancy they have. They give you the information about it and you decide if you let them your
CV or sent them a mail with that, at the end they give you promotional material of the company,
but it depends.
Visitors
After doing the survey, each visitor visits 15 stands, this is chosen by the large companies of
interest, or someone they know works in there.
Recommendations
Based on the information aforementioned. It is recommended that the company goes to
EmpleaTec with two employees, It would be a good idea to give promotional material
from the company to the people that visits us.
