Pricing and Payment terms: Down Payment P 5M,( September 15, 2018 ); Balance P 5M ( November 15, 2018 )

Changes and cancellations: Any and all changes made to the approved bid proposal must be made in writing and
signed by all parties. If the event is cancelled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-
refundable fees. If the client cancels less than 30 days before the event, there will be no refund issued.
