This partnership agreement for war alliance is entered on this 15 day of 300 AL at Winterfell,

Whereas the king of the Westeros King Robbert Baratheon after his death, left a
proclamation leaving Lord Eddard stark the regent of Westeros inspite of the will the queen
Cersei executed him for false treason and also Lord Eddard stark’s daughters Sansa stark
and Arya stark were captured but Arya Stark is rumoured to have escaped the palace.

Hence the first party wanted to wage a war against the kingdom of Westeros and to avenge
the death of the Lord of Winterfell and the party of second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh,
are accord to join with the first party for an alliance for the said cause.

Now therefore this agreement witnessed that in consideration of the premises and the mutual
covenant, agreed and declared by and among the partners (as defined herein) as follows

ARTICLE 1- INTRODUCTION

In this agreement (as defined herein) unless there is something in the subject matter or
context inconsistent therewith, the following terms shall have the respective meaning
discribed below

a) The Northern rebellion means the Northern kings rebellion against the control of

Iron throne over their territories.

b) Legal heir means any person who satisfies the following norms

 He/she should be a legitimate son/daughter of the respective house.

 He/she should be the natural successor after the death of the party or

 He/she should have a testament which would name him/her as the

legal heir.
c) The Great Northern army means the combined military contributed by the partners

of this contract.

d) “Agreement”, “this Agreement”, “hereto”, “herein”, “hereby”, “hereunder” and

similar expressions refer to this Agreement and not to any particular Article, Section

or other portion hereof, and include any and every instrument supplemental or

ancillary to or in implement hereof;

e) “Partner” means any one of the parties or any other partner admitted pursuant to the

provisions of this Agreement, “Partners” means all of them, and the “Partnership”

means the partnership established by this Agreement; and

ARTICLE 2- FORMATION OF PARTNERSHIP

2.1 NAME AND PURPOSE

The parties hereto hereby form a Partnership for war alliance under the name of “THE
NORTHERN REBELLION”(hereafter referred to as "the Partnership"). The main purpose
of the partnership is to free the northern territories from the rule of iron throne and to avenge
the death of Lord Eddard stark.

2.2 PLACE OF COUNSEL

The place of counsel of the partnership shall be at winterfell or any other places as the
partners from time to time hereafter determine.
2.3 NEW PARTNER

No new house or its member or its representative can be admitted in to the war alliance
without the unanimous consent of partners. The consent of the first party is more essential
than the other parties in contract.

2.4 TERM

The Partnership shall commence as of the date of the execution of this Agreement and
shall continue till the end of the war. No parties in the partnership can terminate the
partnership before the closure of war. The mode of closure can be done in the following
ways:

 The war alliance dissolves only after the capture of the iron throne by the first party or
 On the death or execution of KING JOFFEROY BARATHEON and/ or
 Hoisting of the Stark Sigil over King’s Landing.

2.5 SUCCESSION

In the event of the death, physical or mental incapacity, or withdrawal of any Partner from
the Partnership, the surviving Partners with the consent of the respective house of the party
shall appoint a legal heir. The legal heir would take up his respective position in the contract.

2.6 THE MARRIAGE PACT

OBJECT:

This clause is mainly a consideration clause given to the seventh party to allow the other
partners of this alliance to cross the bridge located in the twins which stands as an obstacle
for continuing the contract

Therefore first party hereby agree to marry any one of the daughters of the seventh party in
consideration to open the bridge of twins.
ARTICLE 3 - WAR BASE MANAGEMENT

3.1 FORMATION OF ARMY

The partners hereby agree to contribute their army to create The Great Northern army. The
The contribution amount is classified below.

a) The first party hereby agrees to provide 6,000 infantry soldiers, 2,000 cavalry, 3000
archers and 1000 artilleries.

b) The second party hereby agrees to provide 3,000 infantry soldiers, 7,000 cavalry,1000
archers and 500 artilleries.

c) The third party hereby agrees to provide 4,000 infantry soldiers, 2,000 cavalry,500
archers and 100 artilleries.

d) The fourth party hereby agrees to provide 1,000 infantry soldiers, 5,000 cavalry,1000
archers and 1000 artilleries.

e) The fifth party hereby agrees to provide 3,000 infantry soldiers, 8,000 cavalry,1000
archers and 600 artilleries.

f) The sixth party hereby agrees to provide 2,000 infantry soldiers, 8,00 cavalry,1000
archers and 1,500 artilleries.

g) The seventh party hereby agrees to provide 1,000 infantry soldiers, 9,00 cavalry,100
archers and 180 artilleries.

3.2 MEDICINE AND FOOD SUPPLY

a) The parties hereby agree that each house should lend their deputy/assistant maester
to take care or to treat the injured soldiers.
b) The maester of the House Bolton would serve as the leader for the maester troops.
He will be given the status of head maester and all the other deputy/assisstant
maester should act on his command.
c) The house of the fourth party would take up total responsibility on the supervision
of the maestar’s work.
d) The parties hereby agree that each house should lend 50 male chefs and 30 female
chefs for the cooking purpose. For the purpose of meat each party hereby agree to
lend 45 butchers.
e) The food that is to be served must be tasted and tested by the Deputy or Assistant
Maesters of each house.

3.3 CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION

a) Each Partner shall contribute to the Partnership, a minimum of 40% from their
treasury as initial contribution of capital. The money would be mainly used for
maintenance of military, food supplies and ammunition.
b) The capital money would be divided into initial and additional capital. The initial
capital contributed by the partner should be only in coins recognised by the seven
kingdoms.
c) The additional capital can be introduced at any time during the war or during
necessary circumstances it can be in any form of tangible or intangible asset.
d) After complete contribution of 40% of money from their treasury no Partner shall
be required to make any additional contribution to the Partnership but shall make
such additional contributions as agreed upon by a supermajority of the partners,
and directed by a written order from the first party.
e) The parties who make additional contribution to the partnership will receive lands
and title from the first party after the closure of war.
3.4 ACCOMODATION

The partners hereby agree to the rules and restrictions in setting up of tents whereby:

a) Each party shall have separate grounds or places for setting up their tents
b) No party shall setup a tent in the other parties area hereby interfering in their privacy
or norms.
c) No party shall indulge in fights with soldiers of other houses regarding personal
matters that arise during the course of war.
d) The tent of the Lords of each houses must be set up in the middle of the other tents
provided to ensure that it is well protected from the eye of the enemies.

3.5 COMMANDER IN CHIEF AND DEPUTY COMMANDER

The partners herby agree to declare that

a) The first party as the commander in the chief of the whole army and on whose
command the army will act.

b) The second party as the deputy commander of whole army. On the absence of
commander in chief the army should act on the command of the deputy commander

c) The third party as the commander in the chief of artilleries and on whose command
the regiment will act.

d) The fourth party as the commander in chief of cavalries. On the absence of


commander in chief the regiment should act on the command of the deputy
commander

e) The fifth party as the commander in the chief artilleries and on whose command the
regiment will move and attack the enemy.

f) The sixth party as the commander in chief of archers. On the absence of commander
in chief the regiment should act on the command of the deputy commander

g) The seventh party as the commander in the chief of ammunition department and on
whose command the army will act.
ARTICLE 4 - RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE PARTNER

4.1 MANAGEMENT AND DECISION MAKING RIGHTS

a. In the general conduct of war all the partners shall be consulted in developing war
strategies.
b. Each and every parties plans, advice, opinions would be heard as much as
practicable. However the majority decision or the first parties decision would be
final.
c. In case of conflict between the majority decision and the first parties decision, the
decision of the first party would be made final.
d. Any contract or alliance made by the parties of the contracts for and or behalf of
the partnership without the prior approval of the partner would be considered as
invalid.
e. The parties of the partnership have no right to use the capital other than on war
purpose.
f. All the parties have rights to inspect the soldiers of army and ammunition.

4.2 LIABILITIES

The partners hereto agree that each of the parties are partners only for the purpose of the
war alliance as mentioned in the article 2 hereof, but nothing contained in this agreement
shall make the partners liable to the matters unrelated to partnership, nor shall any Partner be
hereby constituted the agent for any Partner except to the limited extent herein specifically
permitted and as may be hereinafter agreed upon by consent of all the parties.

4.3 INDEMNIFICATION

If at any time either of the partner is required to pay capital or contribute soldier more than
the agreed proportion of the partnership agreement, the partner has a right to recover it
against other partners after winning the war.
ARTICLE 5 -ARRANGEMENTS OF TERRITORIES AFTER
WAR

5.1 SHARING OF PROFITS AND LOSSES AFTER WAR

a) The parties hereto agree that after the closure of war (assuming victory)the profits
gained would be equally distributed among the partners.
b) The first party would rule the seven kingdoms from the north and the Iron throne
will be totally demolished.
c) The captives and the hostages of the war should be dealt in accordance with the
laws of Winterfell.
d)

5.2 RETAINING TERRITORIES

a. After winning the Iron throne all the parties would retain their territory and they
would be freed from the control of Iron Throne.
b. The parties also agree that the capital would be shifted from kings landing to
Winterfell.

ARTICLE 6- NON COMPETENCE AND NON DISCLOSURE

a. The Parties hereby mutually promise peace and friendship, and will enter into no
alliance or engagement directed against their war alliance.
b. The partners should faithfully perform the duties assigned to them and will not engage
in any activities which would interfere with the war.
c. The parties further agree that, due to their position, their engaging in any activity that
may breach this Agreement will cause the alliance great, immediate, and irreparable
harm and will constitute major war crime.
d. The parties hereto agree that before the closure of war, they won’t directly or
indirectly indulge in any act which would leak the war strategies and plans established
by the partnership.
e. The parties also agree that if they are questioned/ threatened by any of the
unauthorised parties about war secret of the firm, they have to notify the firm within
24 hours.

ARTICLE 7 –ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW

7.1 GOVERNING LAW

The validity and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws
of the Northern territory.

7.2 ARBITRATION

a) In case of dispute among the parties the first party would decide on the issue.
b) Any minor war crime committed by the party would be decided by the head maester.
c) Any breach of the terms of agreement would be the settled before the first party

7.3PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATION OF ARTICLE 6

a) Any party who violates 6(a) would be considered as an enemy of the first party
and he/she will be executed before the public without any mercy.
b) Any party who violates 6(b) would be considered as a traitor and will be hanged
to death and the properties of that party will be taken by the first party.
c) Any party who violates 6(c) would be deprived of their lordship and will be cut
off from their family name.
d) Any party who violates 6(d) would be considered to have committed treason and
the party will be sent to the NIGHT’S WATCH .
e) Any party who violates 6(e) will be put to death and their wife and legal heirs will
be taken as hostages.

PROBLEM

The first party of the agreement breaches the condition in clause 2.6 by marrying Lady
Talissa of House Volantis. The first party compensates it by giving Lord Edmure Tully in
marriage to the daughter of the seventh party. But the seventh party and fourth party secretly
enter an alliance with the enemy house(The Lannisters) to avenge the breach done by first
party. By this alliance they violate Article 6 of the agreement. Thereby the fourth and seventh
party on the wedding night of Lord Edmure Tully killed the other parties in the contract.
