OF CIVIL ENGINEERING Enclosed herewith is the list of candidates provisionally selected for admission to Ph.D. Program in the Department of Civil Engineering. The selected candidates are required to report in the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, form, 9,00 am - 1.00 pm on September 25-26, 2019 for completion of theit admission formalities including verification/submission of documents and to collect Offer Letter. Fee Slip shall be issued on October 01-03, 2019 and the last date to deposit fee is 09.10.2019. Candidates are required (o bring the following documents in original along with a set of self-attested photocopy of each of the documents: Admit card + Admission Form + Five copies of the recent passport size photograph «All degrees, certificates, mark-sheets (from class X'" onwards) ‘+ Proof of age based on the high school/secondary school examination Character Certificate + Migration Certificate (in original) must be provided within one month of the date of completion of admission, failing which admission is liable to be cancelled + AConsent Letter from the Co-Supervisor(s) specifying his/her field of specialization with full correspondence address.
