Personal credit management and monitoring system and method

Abstract

This document discloses fully-integrated consumer credit management and identity theft detection,
protection and resolution systems, methods, and computer program products. These solutions enable
consumers to manage the entire lifecycle of their credit profile and personal identity through a simple
integrated application that combines credit management, credit monitoring, identity theft detection, and
identity restoration. The credit management and identity theft protection system integrates the
complexities of credit reports and identity theft protection into a single solution giving consumers more
control over their financial future than conventional systems.

Credit approval monitoring system and method

Abstract

A credit approval monitoring system comprises a database system storing credit files for consumers. A
monitoring processing system monitors credit reports of subscribing consumers and transmits messages
indicative of changes in a subscribers credit report. A screening processing system screens credit reports
to determine if credit applicants satisfy select criteria. A watch processing system is operatively
associated with the monitoring processing system and the screening processing system for periodically
requesting the screening processing system to determine if the credit report of a select consumer
satisfies the select criteria and sending the determination to the monitoring processing system to notify
the select consumer if the screening processing system determines that the credit report of the select
consumer satisfies the select criteria.

control

Abstract

Systems and methods of on-line credit information monitoring and control. In one embodiment, a server
computer accesses and retrieves credit information relating to a consumer. The server computer may

Systems and methods for monitoring credit of trading counterparties

Abstract

Systems and methods are provided which monitor trades entered into and cleared by counterparties,
track the net and gross positions of counterparties and the counterparties' parent entities, trigger warnings
when counterparties or their parent entities exceed a warning limit, and shut-off counterparties' trading
ability when counterparties exceed a credit limit. An operator of a credit system using these systems and
methods is provided with a variety of interfaces through which the operator can set up new
counterparties, search a list of counterparties, view and edit basic information for counterparties, view
financial information for counterparties, view and edit notes regarding to counterparties, view and edit
limits of counterparties, view position versus limit information for counterparties, view the current day's
position information for counterparties, and view cumulative position information for counterparties.
