Arielle and Sharon Tp-Castt Poetry Unit Project
You and a partner will analyze a social justice poem/song of your choosing, together,
using the TP-CASTT framework. Poems can be from this folder or your choice with approval
from Ms. Sena-Calvillo.
After analyzing the poem, you will create a 1-3 minute presentation about your analysis
conclusions of the poem. This presentation does not need to include all elements of the
TP-CASTT analysis but should highlight the most important aspects and conclusions of your
analysis to answer one of the prompts.
Use this document to analyze your poem and prepare for your presentation.
