Date: 09.10.2018 Sub: Remuneration-Pilots on Fixed Term Contract (FTC) This hag reference to earlier instructions issued under Reference No. ED-Integ/Contract Pilol§5 dated 6" March 2017 by Executive Director (Integration) regarding payment of fixed 70 hours of Flying Allowance to Pilots engaged on Fixed Term Contract, i AAs per present Policy, Pilots (On FTC) who complete 3 years and 2 months of service ftom the date of release as First Officer and passed ATPL Papers are eligible for consideration for placement as Captain (On FTC). One such placement exercise has already been carried out in July 2019 and a total of 29 First Officers (On FTC) have been designated as Captain (On FTC) effective 1" July 2019. On placement as Captain (On FTC), Pilots will be eligible for the following: Salary Rs.32900 ] Basic Pay Variable Deamess Allowance Rs 48264 (Variable as per CPI-Presently 146.7% | of Basic Pay) | House Rent Allowance (30% of Basic Pay) ae Rs 9870 ‘Other Fixed Allowances (50% of Basic Pay) RMB (G40 a eae | aa __ Total Rs.107484 | T% PIA or as decided by the Company | In addition to above, Captain (On FTC) will be eligible for Special Pay in terms of Fin, Rule ‘ssued under Reference No. HFD-9/Pilots/Harmonization/128 dated 11.05.2016 by Exec, Director (Finance) Employer's Contribution towards Provident Fund equivalent to 10% of (Basic Pay + Variable Deamess Allowance) will also be applicable at above revised Basic Pay and Variable Dearness Allowance. 2 Casual cum Sick Leave Accumulation of Casual cum Sick Leave will be permitted for un-availed leave at the end of the year subject to a maximum of 40 days for the first 05 years of FTC. In case of extension of FTC tor another 05 years, the maximum accumulation will be permitted upto 80 days. Annual Leave ‘Accumulation of Annual Leave will be permitted for un-availed leave at the end of the year subject to a maximum of 150 days for the first 05 years of FIC. In case of extension of FTC for another 05 years, the maximum accumulation will be germitted upto 300 days, No encashment would however, be permissible. 4, TMU Compensation TMU compensation is extended to the Pilots on FTC only in case of injury while on flying duty (including while coming or going back in Company's transport) subject to a maximum of 30 days in a financial year @ Rs.85,000/- per month or proportionately for the period of TMU.
