Service Excellence Standard *NEW*

This standard includes requirements that were previously contained in certain service
specific standards and are common to most teams providing direct care and services.
Content in the Service Excellence standard addresses: team management, human
resources and worklife, information management, and quality improvement.

The Service Excellence standard was created based on feedback from users of
Qmentum who found the existing standards repetitive. To streamline criteria, the
repeated content was removed and used to formulate the new Service Excellence
standard. In most cases, this standard will be used in conjunction with a service specific
standard, please refer to Appendix B for the full list of standards for which it applies.
