ON CULTURL EXCHANGE PROGRAM ( PANCHSEEL BALAK INTER COLLEGE)

On 20th of September 2019, the cultural exchange program was organized in

Panchseel Balak Inter College . The Program was organized by UNESCO PEOPLE
CLUB NOIDA. This program is being conducted from past one year and this time
there were dignitaries who came from Australia. The dignitary was principal of
elementary School of education in Australia. The dignitaries participated in
cultural exchange program where they discussed about the Academic Activities
and visited lab.
Now, the preparation of this exchange program started one week before where I
have contributed my ability to streamline the process of work . On the very first
day I with my fellow interns caught with an opportunity to make the Headliner
poster in which we have to mention the Name of the event , Venue, Day and
Organizer name.

I also got an opportunity to interact as well as help students in presenting their

science model. There were certain flaws in their models which I have asked them
to rectify. I helped students in understanding the basic idea which is being put
behind this model and its working .
So, on the very next day I again caught with an opportunity to showcase my skills
in making posters related to many issues like “International Peace Day” as it was
on 21st of September, then Ban on Plastic, and on Save water.
Before the day of the exchange program I with my fellow interns have made
leaves out of papers and tied it with a thread to make a necklace which will be
worn by group of students who are going to perform on the very day of exchange
program.
