Non availability of Samsung Notebooks & a Review of usage

Dear Sir,

Probably the best durable laptop I have experienced is mine (NP300E5C-U01IN), which I am
currently also using. I purchased it in March 2013(6.5 years old) from Flipkart.com. Since then, its
performance is undisturbed with battery lasting for 1.5 hours till now on a full recharge. It was one
of its kind laptops. At that time, all my friends purchased other brands laptop like Dell, HP, Lenovo
etc. and their laptop became unfunctional in a span of 2-4 year (they still regret of not buying
Samsung at that time). But since the last 5 years approx., Samsung Laptops are not available in the
Indian market (don't know why it is happening in the era of Globalization).

But currently, my laptop's screen has developed 7 vertical lines which are permanent in nature due
to display defect. Being a student, it is hampering my productivity. So, I am considering for up-
gradation to the latest Samsung laptop that is Notebook Series 9 Pro 15 inch. The sad part is that this
laptop is unavailable in India. Even amazon.com and samsung.com are not delivering in India (only
higher range laptops are available which I can’t afford to buy).

Being a loyal customer and having a great experience of Samsung laptop, I don't want to shift to
other brands and detach myself from the "Samsung" brand.

I kindly request you to help me get the "Series 9 Pro 15 inch" laptop by making the delivery to India
possible. It will be a gracious gesture from your side. Hope you will do the needful.
