‫التخطيط ‪Planning :‬‬

‫التخطيط اهم نشاط ادارى وبيشمل على ‪A primary managerial activity that involves:‬‬
‫تحديد اهداف المنظمه ( رايحني فني هنعمل أي في المنظمه ) ‪• Defining the organization’s goals‬‬
‫وضع اسرتاتجيه شامله تكون طويله االجل للممنظمه علشان احقق ‪• Establishing an overall strategy for achieving those goals‬‬
‫اهداف المنظمه‬
‫وضع خطط ألنشطة العمل التنظيمية ( التنظيم هيكون عامل ازاى داخل ‪• Developing plans for organizational work activities‬‬
‫الشركه علشان احقق الخط هدى )‬

‫نوع من أنواع التخطيط ( التخطيط الرسمي ) ‪Formal planning‬‬

‫التخطيط ده عباره عن أهداف محددة بتغطى فرتة زمنية محددة ‪• Specific goals covering a specific time period‬‬
‫التخطيط ده بيكون مكتوب وبيشارك فيه كل أعضاء المنظمه ‪• Written and shared with organizational members‬‬
‫)‪• It’s concerned with both means (how) and ends (What‬‬

‫ليه المديرين بيعملوا خطط ?‪Why Do Managers Plan‬‬

‫الهدف من التخطيط ‪Purposes of Planning:‬‬
‫تحديد االتجاه بتاع الشركه ( انا لما احط خطه كده الناس اللى شغالني في الشركه عرفوا االتجاه بتاع الشركه رايح على فني ‪Provides direction‬‬
‫يعىن مثال انا عاوز أكون الشركه رقم واحد في المبيعات عاوز افتح فروع جديده )‬
‫بيقلل عمليه عد االطمئنان او التأكد ‪Reduces uncertainty‬‬
‫طالما فيه خطه يبقا هنقلل الهادر والتكرار ‪Minimizes waste and redundancy‬‬
‫احط معايري من خاللها اقدر اراقب من خاللهاا ‪Sets the standards for controlling‬‬
‫العالقه مابني التخطيط واألداء ‪Planning and Performance‬‬
‫التخطيط الرسمي بيكون متعلق ‪Formal planning is associated with:‬‬
‫متعلق بتحقيق اعلى ربح من األصول اللى استخدمتها ‪– Higher profits and returns on assets.‬‬
‫متعلق بنتائج ماليه ايجابيه يعىن من االخر تحقيق ربح مخسرش ‪– Positive financial results.‬‬
‫الجوده بتاعت الخطه ‪The quality of planning and implementation affects performance more than the extent of planning.‬‬
‫والتطبيق بتاعها ( يعىن لو الخطه جيده والتطبيق بتاعها كويس بياثر على األداء اكرت كمان من المدى بتاع الخطه ) يعىن لو انا حاطط خطه انى انتج‬
‫ال وحده وحاطط خطه كويسه ومحكمه والتطبيق بتاعها كويس التاثري بتاعها على األداء ممكن يخليىن اعدى الخطه انتج ‪ 1200‬وحد مش الف بس‬
‫ممكن البيئه الخارجيه تقلل التاثري بتاع الخطه ‪The external environment can reduce the impact of planning on performance.‬‬
‫وبالتالي بتاثر على األداء‬
‫ويجب استخدام التخطيط ‪Formal planning must be used for several years before planning begins to affect performance.‬‬
‫الرسمي لعدة سنوات قبل أن يبدأ التخطيط في التأثري على األداء ( يعىن مش من اول سنه او شهر أقول الخطه دى شوف عملت أي فشلت او‬
‫نجحت الزم تكون الخطه طويله االجل علشان نقدر نشوف األثر بتاعها على األداء )‬

‫عناصر التخطيط ‪Elements of Planning‬‬
‫علشان احط خطه الزم يكون عندى اهداف )‪Goals (also Objectives‬‬
‫العائد المفضل من الخطه بيكون لالفراد والجماعات او ‪• Desired outcomes for individuals, groups, or entire organizations‬‬
‫المنظمه ككل‬
‫الزم يكون فيه اتجاه وتقيم لعناصر االداء ‪• Provide direction and evaluation performance criteria‬‬
‫تعريف الخطه ‪Plans‬‬
‫ملف او مجموعه مستندات اللى بتحدد كيفية تحقيق األهداف‪• Documents that outline how goals are to be accomplished‬‬
‫بتوصف ازاى المصادر بيتم تجمعها وتوزعها ‪• Describe how resources are to be allocated and establish activity schedules‬‬
‫وازاى اعمل جدول لكل االنشطه عشان كل واحد ميتعارضش مع التانى‬
‫‪Types of Goals‬أنواع األهداف‬
‫اهداف ماليه ‪ :‬تتعلق ‪Financial Goals are related to the expected internal financial performance of the organization.‬‬
 ‫باألداء المالي الداخلي المتوقع للشركه‬
Strategic Goals are related to the performance of the firm relative to factors in its external environment (e.g.,
competitors). .)‫ المنافسني‬،‫ تتعلق بأداء الشركة مقارنة بالعوامل في بيئتها الخارجية (على سبيل المثال‬:‫اهداف اسرتاتجيه‬
If managers emphasize only one goal, other goals necessary for long-term success are ignored.
‫ فسيتم تجاهل األهداف األخرى الضرورية للنجاح على المدى الطويل‬،‫لو المديرين ركزوا على هدف واحد فقط‬.

Stated goals can be found in an organization’s charter, annual report, or public relations announcements, or in public
statements ‫ أو في البيانات العامة‬،‫ يمكن العثور عليها في ميثاق المنظمة أو التقرير السنوي أو إعالنات العالقات العامة‬: ‫اهداف محدده‬
.
These broadly-worded official statements of the organization (intended for public consumption) that may be
irrelevant to its
real goals (what actually goes on in the organization).

Types of Plans: Breadth

Strategic Plans ‫الخطط االسرتاتجيه‬
• Apply to the entire organization. ‫الزم الشركه كلها تكون شغاله بالخطه دى‬
• Establish the organization’s overall goals. ‫الخطه دى بتحدد األهداف العامة للمنظمة‬.
• Seek to position the organization in terms of its environment.‫ السعي إلى وضع المنظمة من حيث بيئتها‬.
• Cover extended periods of time. ‫بتغطى فرتات كبريه من الوقت‬
Operational Plans ‫الخطط التنفيذيه‬
• Specify the details of how the overall goals are to be achieved . ‫الخطط دى بتتكلم على تفاصيل مش بتتكلم ككل زى الخطط‬
‫االسرتتجيه في انى ازاى احقق اهداف المنظمه‬
• Cover a short time period ‫بتغطى فرتات صغريه من الوقت‬

Types of Plans : time frame

Long-Term Plans ‫خطط طويله االجل‬

• Plans with time frames extending beyond three years ‫خطط ذات أطر زمنية تمتد إلى ما بعد ثالث سنوات‬
Short-Term Plans ‫خطط قصريه االجل‬
• Plans with time frames of one year or less‫خطط ذات أطر زمنية مدتها سنة واحدة أو أقل‬

Types of Plans : specificity

Directional Plans ‫خطط توجهيه‬
• Flexible plans that set out general guidelines and provide focus, yet allow discretion in implementation ‫خطط مرنه‬
‫بتحط اهاف عامه وتركزي معني ومع ذلك تتيح حرية التقدير في التنفيذ‬
Specific Plans ‫خطط ثابته‬
• Plans that are clearly defined and leave no room for interpretation ‫خطط محددة بوضوح وال ترتك مجاال للتفسري‬

Types of Plans: frequency of use

Single-Use Plan ‫خطه بستخدمها مره واحده‬

• A one-time plan specifically designed to meet the need of a unique situation ‫عندنا حاله معينه فعاوزين خطه ليها معينه‬
‫فبنعمل خطه عاجلة وتكون معمموله للهدف ده بس اول مايخلص الهدف ده فهى خطه بتستخدم مره واحده وخالص‬
Standing Plans ‫خطط دائمه‬
• Ongoing plans that provide guidance for activities performed repeatedly ‫خطط مستمره علطول واللى بزتودنا بارشادات لكل‬
‫االنشطه بطريقه متكرره‬
