Environment

Environment:

1. Food supply chain: Right the way up the food supply chain in supermarkets, grocers,
bakers, factories, farms, homes.

2. Food waste: When you start going up the food supply chain, you find where the real
food waste is happening.

3. Ecological limits: reaching the Ecological limits that our planet can bear.

4. Water reserves: when we extract water from depleting water reserves.

5. Global food production / global food supply.

6. fossil fuels (coal, oil , natural gas): When we emit fossil fuel emissions in the quest to
grow more and more food, and then we throw away so much of it, we have to think
about what we can start saving.

7. Harvest: Farmest who throw away half of their harvest because of cosmetic standards

8. Deforestation, Biodiversity loss: South America, where it's production contributes to

global warming, to deforestation, to biodiversity loss, to feed livestock here in Europe.

9. Carbon footprint : Carbon released into the atmosphere as a result of activities of

particular individual, organization , community.

10. Global warming: Is the global warming problem going to be a lot easier to solve than
anybody imagined?

11. Global demand: There is just not enough global demand.

12. Global implications: Well, what China does at home on the environment can have global
implications for the rest of us.

13. climate crisis: If we're going to overcome the climate crisis, is to keep in mind that the
cause of the clean energy crisis isn't from within our machines, it's from within
ourselves.

14. Environmental problem / environmental impact

15. Clean and renewable energy: China has been making enormous investment when it
comes to clean and renewable energy like hydro power, wind and solar.

16. Cars have been emitting different types of polluting gases like carbon monoxide, carbon
dioxide, and sulphur trioxide.
17. Environmental conditions: Each day, we are deeply influenced by the social, economic
and environmental conditions that surround us

18. Ecosystem: Our ecosystem is approaching a “tipping point” where damage becomes
“irreversible.”

19. Clean energy revolution <=> Clean energy crisis : The IEA believes that the world needs a
clean energy revolution in order to break dependence on fossil fuels.

20. Environmental footprint: If mechanical systems rarely work, what if we could design a
hospital that could breathe through natural ventilation, and meanwhile reduce its
environmental footprint?

21. Pollution / Air quality

22. Energy consumption

23. Climate change

24. Regenerate habitat: We are using bigrock to create new reefs to regenerate habitat.

25. Environmental policies

26. Recycle

27. Loss of species

28. Solar power / Solar energy / Fossil fuels / coal / natural gas / nuclear

29. biodegradable

30. Urbanization

31. Natural disasters
