I would like to request your good office to change my work schedule. My current work shift is from 10
pm to 2 pm. I would like to change my work shift to morning shift from 10 am to 6 pm so that I can
accompany my daughter in school and prepare her needs. During afternoon, my mother will pick her up
in school.

I have been working at this company for the past seven years and will do my best to continue working to
the standard of the company. I hope you will be able to approve my request to change my work schedule
