ni/ng shows who does the verb

si/ang shows what the verb does to the object

(Someone) will eat a dog.
Kakain ang aso.
The dog will eat.

Sa + object
sa means "to" in English.

Singular - kay/sa
kay is used for Proper nouns.
kanya is used for pronouns.
Sa is used for Common nouns.

Ibigay mo kay Anna.

(You) give (it) to Anna.
(if you notice, there's no need to add "sa" if you will use kay.)

Ibigay ko sa kanya.
(I) give (it) to him/her/it.

Ibigay ko sa aso.
(I) give (it) to a dog.

Plural - kina/kanila/sa mga

kina is used for Proper nouns.

kanila is used for pronouns.
sa mga is used for Common nouns.

Sabihin mo kina Beth.

(You) tell it to Beth.
(same with "kay", there's no need to add "sa" if you will use kina.)

Sabihin ko sa kanila.
(I) tell it to them.

Sabihin natin sa mga aso.
