Hypertensension is a condition where immediate blood pressureis needed

(not necessarily lowered ).
To prevent or limitorgan damage. This case studi aims the understanding
of the causes and symptoms of hypertension and able to conduct a study to
determine nursing diagnoses to determine nursing interventions to implement
nursing, evaluating and documenting nursing actions to Mrs. E.T clients in the
internal medicine room at Ende Hospital. Above can illustrate that hypertension
is a very crucial problem because the impact caused is quite complex
This scients papar uses acase Study method though the steps of nursing
care to clients mrs.E.T.
The results of the case studies show the client’s blood pressure is more
than the normal level of the neck feels tense often dizzy so based on these
complaints found a diagnosis of decreased cardiac output and pain relief while the
implementation intervention and nursing evaluation arecarried out based on both
diagnoses the end of the case study carried out nursing documentation action
which aims to record all actions taken on the client.
So from that collabaration from all walks of life both the health sector and
other sectors are very important, so that the insidence of this disease can be
minimized.
