CIRCULAR

In supersession of the Circular of even number dated 2nd August, 2019,


it is hereby notified for information of all concerned that, in case, depending
upon the visibility of the moon, Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) is observed on
11.8.2019 (Sunday) or 13.8.2019 (Tuesday), as the case may be, and it is so
declared as a Gazetted Holiday by the Government of India on T.V. etc., as
approved by the Competent Authority, this Hon'ble Court as well as the
Registry will also observe 13.8.2019 (Tuesday) as a holiday, (11.8.2019
already being holiday on account of Sunday) and the Hon'ble Court and the
Registry will remain closed on the said date. And, if Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) is
celebrated either on 11.08.2019 (Sunday) or on 13.08.2019 (Tuesday),
12.08.2019 (Monday) will be observed as a working day for the Hon'ble Court
as well as the Registry.
