Adobo Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

2 cups, Leftover adobo, shredded

2 tbsp, Butter

10, Bread slices

165 g, Eden Melt Sarap, sliced

Heat leftover adobo in a pan.

Butter the bread slices and assemble sandwich by placing 2 scoops of adobo on one side of bread. Top
with Eden Melt Sarap. Place another bread slice on top.

Place sandwich in a sandwich press or fry in butter in a pan until slices are toasted and cheese is melted

Sardines Sandwich

Ingredients

4, Bread slices

165g, Eden Melt Sarap, sliced

1 can, Sardines

3/4 cup, Eden Sandwich Spread

Spread Eden Sandwich Spread on the bread slices. Layer Eden cheese and sardines on one slice.

Top with the bread slice and place in a sandwich press. Serve and enjoy!

Shrimp Sandwich

Ingredients

1/2 lb, Shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup, Eden Mayo


1, Chili pepper

1, Lime, juiced

4 leaves, Lettuce

2, Bread rolls, sliced

1, Avocado, diced

1/2 tsp, Cumin

1/2 tsp, Garlic powder

1/2 tsp, Salt

1/4 tsp, Chili powder

2 tsp, Olive oil

In a bowl, mix cumin, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, chili powder and olive oil. Add shrimp and coat evenly.

Blend together until smooth avocado, Eden Mayo, chili pepper, lime juice and 1/4 tsp salt.

In a pan over medium heat, cook shrimp for around 5 minutes, until pink.

Toast bread rolls and spread avocado mayo mixture. Layer bread with lettuce leaves and cooked shrimp.
Close sandwich with top slice of bread and serve.

Pork Fillet Sandwich

Ingredients

4, Hamburger buns

2 lbs, Boneless pork fillet

2, Eggs

2 cups, Buttermilk

2, Garlic, crushed
to taste, Salt

to taste, Pepper

1/4 tsp, Cayenne pepper

2 cups, Crackers, crushed

3 tbsp, Oil

1/3 cup, Eden Mayo

3 tbsp, Mustard

1/2 head, Lettuce, shredded

2, Tomatoes, thinly sliced

1, Onion, thinly sliced

2, Pickles, thinly sliced

Method:

Cut pork into 4 equal pieces and pound to 1/4 inch thick slices.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Marinate pork and refrigerate
for 4 hours.

After marinating, coat pork slices in flour, then dip in buttermilk mixture again and coat with cracker
crumbs.

In a pan, heat oil and deep fry coated pork slices for around 3 hours, until golden brown. Drain on paper
towels.

Spread Eden Mayo on the burger buns. Assemble sandwich by layering the fried pork slice, lettuce,
onions, tomatoes, and pickles. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced


 4 thick slices bread of choice, sliced
 4 ounces cheddar cheese
 2 1/2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees


2. In a skillet, melt 1/2 teaspoon of butter and add the red onion. Cook until softened, about 5
minutes. Set the onion aside.
3. Place 2 slices of bread on your work surface. Top each with an equal amount of cheese. Top
with the onions and place the remaining bread slices on top.
4. Put 1 tablespoon butter in your skillet and cook on low heat to brown the butter. Be sure not to
burn the butter.
5. Add the sandwiches and cook until browned and toasty on the first side, about 1 1/2 minutes.
6. Flip the sandwiches and cook for less than a minute.
7. Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and place on a baking sheet. Spread the remaining
butter on the sandwiches and place in the oven for 4 minutes, until everything is melted
through.
