I am the leader of this group and I am tasked to guide my fellow groupmates and to
lead this group on partaking this activity. I am also one of the artists and curators.

So by September, we are finalizing our plans. we gathered materials and finalized all
it's cost. The final plan for our artwork is to have it painted on a canvas. The image or
the scene that we are planning to paint on is the downtown area here in Cebu.
Wherein it captures the different kinds of mood and vibe.

This week, we are going to start our artwork.

So the only challenge that we may encounter is the lack of time, due to heavy loads
of schoolwork. But in order to cope this, we would just have to squeeze this activity
at a certain time and make progress little by little until October 11 which will be at
80%.

(FRAMEWORK ARTIST)

I am a member of this group and I was tasked to be the framework artist. So I will be
the one assigned to do the work relating to frames.

So by the end of the first week of October we are hoping to at least finish 80% of our
work. By that I could easily find a frame that would fit perfectly and suitable for our
image. Right now I am currently finding a frame that would suit our image and by the
same time fit in our budget.

Our plan is to start in the first week of October.

The challenges that we may encounter is our budget for spending the materials, due
to other performance task that needs funds as well and we may also have a lack of
time in doing this certain project. But in order to accomplish this we must manage
our time wisely and exert as much effort as we can.
