The Workout Calendar is not as good to print as the pdf calendar.
It's just for
viewing. The PDF Calendar contains areas to record information for Fit Tests which will be done every two weeks. Please note that you do not have to start on Monday. But if you start on another day, be sure to remember which day you are on. Have fun, eat well, and gain those muscles! Use Nutrition Guide if you need it.
*NOTE* If you want to use the deluxe package, read the bottom of the pdf calendar. Simply replace Cardio Abs with Insane Abs and switch Core Cardio & Balance with Max Interval Sports Training.
