"Gusto ko sanang i-report sa inyo ang nangyayari dito sa amin sa Buguey, Cagayan tungkol
sa Local Government Unit (LGU) Monitoring Checkpoint. Ito ang nagbabantay sa mga fish
vendor pero hindi ganoon ang nangyayari kasi mga private army ni Mayor Lloyd Millary
Antiporda ang nagbabantay at ginawa na nilang kampo nila ang Monitoring Checkpoint.
Natatakot ang mga tao dito sa amin na dumaan sa mga lugar na mayroong monitoring
checkpoint kasi napagkakamalang kalaban ni Mayor ang mga dumadaan. Sana matanggal
na ang mga private army ni Mayor Lloyd Millary Antiporda sa mga monitoring checkpoints
kasi ginawa na nilang kampo."
