We want to honor family members of students and staff that
have served, or are currently serving, in the U.S. Military.
Please complete the form below and return to the school by
Thursday, November 7, 2019, so that we may reserve a seat
for you at the program.

Veterans, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early so that you

can be seated in a place of honor.

Reception to follow for students and their

family members who are veterans.
