LEGITIMATE LINE CONTRACTORS
Davao del Sur Electric Cooperative, Inc.
(DASURECO), through its Bids and Awards Committee
(BAC), invites suppliers and electrical line contractors to
apply for accreditation. Deadline of acceptance of your
application for accreditation will be on or before November
30, 2019.
Please submit letter of intent and the following
documents addressed to DASURECO Bids & Awards
Committee, Cogon, Digos City, Davao del Sur:
1. DTI Business name registration or SEC registration
certificate
2. Valid and Current Mayor’s permit/municipal license
3. BIR Certificate of Registration;
4. Compliance with EO #398
a. Proof of VAT Payments for the past six months
b. Valid Tax Clearance from BIR
5. Certification that the supplier/contractor is not black
listed or banned from bidding by the government or any of its
agencies and other private corporation or electric cooperatives
6. On-going, completed or awarded contract not yet started
within the relevant period specifying the following:
a. Name of Contract
b. Date of Contract
c. Amount of Contract and value of outstanding
contracts
d. Date of Delivery
e. End-user’s acceptance if completed
The abovementioned documents are requirements
pursuant to NEA Memorandum No. 2017-019 The Revised
Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedures
for Electric Cooperative IRR-RA 10531 (2017)
Existing accredited suppliers and contractors are
required to submit abovementioned documents for re-
assessment/evaluation for accreditation renewal.
Accreditation Fee of Five Thousand Pesos
(Php5, 000.00) annually.
