BLUE Mate
Electroporation.

It enhances the penetration and absorption of active principles, even those with a high molecular weight, in two main
steps. The first is Eletropermeation: a delicate elasto-modulated stimulation which creates hydrophilic macropores
called “water channels” in the cell membrane so as to allow the hydrophilic active principles to permeate the cells.

The second step, equally important, is Electrorepulsion: actives are driven into the skin thanks to a handpiece with
ionizing chamber and electrode columns. At the basis of this method are the results of a Nobel prize winning study
on ionic channels and on those dedicated to the transport of water to the cell, carried out in 2003 by two biochemists,
Peter Agre and Roderick MacKinnon.

The initial phase of the treatment is a preparatory deep cleansing in which the dead cells of the stratum corneum,
are effectively and pleasantly removed.

This deep disencrustation on one hand reduces resistance to the absorption of the actives that are applied
in the following step and, at the same time, stimulates cell regeneration in the treated area.

Thanks to the MBE patented special handpiece it is possible to perform synergically and in one single movement,
