Architectural Consultant specializing in refurbishment, retrofit
& Upgradation of public buildings / heritage structures. The
Consultant so appointed shall be responsible from concept to
completion stage i.e. Concept design, detailed design &
engineering, bid process management & construction
management services. The award of work to consultant shall be

External), drinking water system, PA system, FIDS, CCTV,
IT, Telephone wiring & instruments, Media plan, interior
designing and external lighting and other services etc. and
preparation of technical specifications, detailed estimate, Item
rate tender documents and assisting AAI in selection of bidder
and award of work to the Contractor, including site visits, Co-
