In exereise of the powers conferred the proviso to article 309 amd clause (5) of article 148 aie constitution, the Presidant, after consultetion with the Comptroller end Auditor Ganarel of India in relation to parsons serving in the Indien audit ené Accounts Department, hereby makes the following rules, furtver to amend the Sunplementary Rules, nemely:= 1. (4) Thess rules may be called Sunnlement ry (First famenézent) Rulrs, 1976, cetion in the ‘fficial Gazette. for rule 307, the following (ia) ‘They shall cous into force on tha date of their publi| ee In the Suprlomentary Rules rule shall bs substituted, namely 3097 (1) Contribution for leave salary or pension, due in respect of a Goversment servant on foreign services my bs peid cnnually within fifteen days from the end \ of each financi2l year or at the end of the foreign \ Service, if the depute ion on foreien service -xpires. ‘ before the end of a financial yeer, and if the peyment fs nat made within the said period, interost must be paid to Government on‘ the unpaid contribution, & unlbes it is specificolly remitted by the President, gt the rate of two paise per day per Rs,100/~ from She date of expiry of the period aforesaid upto the gute on which the contribution is finclly ald. The interest 1 be peid by the Governnent servent of| the foreign ellploysr according contribution fis paid by the former or the = (2) The leav> salary and pension contri butions should be | id sgparetely ys they are creditable to ‘different | Regds oF Aecounts and no dues recoverable from .
