In case of any over loading, it shall be charged with ticket fare for each of the passenger based upon the type of the service & the distance to be travelled, [Type PVG] EXP | DLX] SL] RJD| GRD] GRD+| VN | C.0. | M.EXP|M.DLX|C.STL| MLX Permissible | 52 | 49| 39|35| 40| 41| 48 | 23| 61| 42 | 36 | 35 | 32 Capacity | | 3) The hirer shall be responsible in guiding the driver on the route. 4) The hirer shall not in turn hire out the bus to others. 5) The KMs. operated by the hire bus will be taken into account from the Depot and back to the Depot. 6) The timings shall be reckoned from the time the vehicle goes out of the Depot till it reaches back to the Depot. 7) A fraction of hour shall be treated as one full hour for the purpose of calculation of time / charges. 8) A concession of 10 % in total hire charges be allowed for the educational tours of the students studying in Government, Government recognized institutions. 9) Separate Special hire tariff are fixed for PVG and Express services in Peak and Slack seasons. (Peak Season- January to June 6 October, Slack Season- July to December except October). 10) For computation of special hire charges, actual distance covered from Depot to Depot or hourly basis slab, Which ever higher is to be taken 11) No Reservation Fee will be charged. 12) Postponement of journey is allowed only for one time i.e., prior intimation of the same one day in advance. 13) In case of Inter-state, Permit Fee shall be collected from the hirer. 14) Toll Fee, Parking fee (if any) and Inter-State Border Tax, shall be borne by the hirer.
