USAGE OF COMPTIA LOGOS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

After receiving a certification from CompTIA, you are encouraged to promote and communicate your achievement
by downloading and using the CompTIA logos for the certifications that you have earned (“CompTIA Logos”). By
downloading a CompTIA Logo below, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Usage of CompTIA Logos
Terms and Conditions.

1. CompTIA Logos Available for Use. All CompTIA Logos that are made available to you in the logo
downloads page of your CompTIA account and directly relate to the CompTIA certifications you have earned
and are currently maintained in good standing.

2. General CompTIA Logos Usage Requirements. You agree to the following usage requirements:
a. You must use the CompTIA Logos exactly as provided by CompTIA. You may not alter or distort the
CompTIA Logos.
b. You must include the word “CompTIA” with any CompTIA Logos that you use.
c. You may not use the CompTIA Logos in any way that suggests you are an employee or an agent of
CompTIA.
d. You may not incorporate the CompTIA Logos into any other name, mark, logo or symbol.
e. You may not use any name, logo, or symbol that is confusingly similar to the CompTIA Logos.
f. The TM symbol must appear adjacent to the upper right-hand portion of the CompTIA Marks.

3. Termination of Usage. You agree immediately to terminate your usage of the CompTIA Marks under the
following circumstances:
a. Your applicable CompTIA certification expired and you did not renew it or complete the necessary
continuing education to maintain your credential.
b. You violate any of the requirements set forth in Section 2 above.
c. CompTIA no longer uses the CompTIA Logo, or such CompTIA Logo is removed from the below logos.
d. CompTIA instructs you to stop using the CompTIA Logo.
