Table 1 shows the product evaluation of the 40 students. The product was

evaluated in terms of different criteria such as taste, aroma, texture, color,

presentation, originality, and overall evaluation. Overall, the findings revealed that the

students were very satisfied with the product as their overall evaluation is 4.7.

Specifically, the findings revealed that students were very satisfied with the

assessment as follows: taste (4.65), aroma (4.7), texture (4.63), color (4.55)

presentation (4.7), and originality (4.75). This means that students appreciated

product’s originality as it has the highest average of all the criteria given.

Table 2 shows the promotion evaluation of the 40 students. The product

promotion was evaluated in terms of different criteria such as information, creativity,

persuasiveness, and overall evaluation. Overall, the findings revealed that the

students were very satisfied with the product promotion as their overall evaluation is

4.7.

Specifically, the findings revealed that students were very satisfied with the

assessment as follows: information (4.85), creativity (4.73), and persuasiveness (4.7).

This means that the promotional video was informative as information received the

highest mean of all the criteria above.

Table 3 shows the results for the comments and suggestions of product

evaluation. Findings revealed that majority of the students liked the product’s taste as
31 students or 77. 5 percent said the product has “very nice taste”. There are three

respondents or 7. 5 percent each who voted that the product was spicy and salty,

while there is one student or 2.5 percent in each criteria who evaluated the product

as unique, size improvement and sour.

Table 4 shows the results for the comments and suggestions of product

promotion. Findings revealed that majority of the students liked the product’s

presentation as 10 students or 25.5 percent said the promotion has “nice

presentation”. There are three respondents or 7. 5 percent each who voted that the

promotion should be more entertaining, while there are four students or 10 percent

in each criteria who evaluated the promotion is full of information and entertaining.

The remaining 19 respondents were not able to write their comments and

suggestions.

Table 5 shows the product evaluation of the 10 teachers of Languages

Department. The product was evaluated in terms of different criteria such as taste,

aroma, texture, color, presentation, originality, and overall evaluation. Overall, the

findings revealed that the teachers were very satisfied with the product as their

overall evaluation is 4.9.

assessment as follows: taste (4.8), aroma (4.9), texture (4.9), color (4.8) presentation

(5), and originality (4.9). This means that teachers appreciated product’s presentation

as it has the highest average of all the criteria given.

teachers. The product promotion was evaluated in terms of different criteria such as

information, creativity, persuasiveness, and overall evaluation. Overall, the findings

revealed that the teachers were very satisfied with the product promotion as their

overall evaluation is 4.9.

assessment as follows: information (5), creativity (4.7), and persuasiveness (4.9).

This means that the promotional video was informative as information received the

highest mean of all the criteria above.

Table 7 shows the results for the comments and suggestions of product

evaluation. Findings revealed that one teacher or 10 percent said the product has

“very nice taste”. There is also one teacher or 10 percent of the respondents who

suggested to try other product presentation. Meanwhile, majority of the teachers did

not wrote any comments and suggestions for the product and the product promotion.
