This office Circular Memo No.47079/Ser.III(1)/2019-1, dated 26.06.2019. -=: (0): In the G.O. 1° cited, the Government Finance Department, have issued certain Guidelines/Instructions with regard to transfers and postings of Employees to ensure right placement of employees, duly relaxing the existing ban for the period from 25" June, 2019 to 5‘ July, 2019. Subsequently, in the G.O. 2" cited, Government Finance Department, have extended the relaxation period upto 10" July, 2019. 2) ‘Accordingly, in the reference 3” cited, all the S.Es., were requested to constitute the committees comprising of the S.Es., of respective Zone to process the applications of the AEs/AEEs of respective Zones, as per the instructions/ guidelines issued vide G.O. 1% cited and requested to furnish the details alongwith specific recommendations to this office before 03.07.2019. 3) In pursuance of G.O. 1* cited and as per the options exercised by the AEs/AEEs and taking into consideration the recommendations of Committee, the transfers and postings of Assistant Engineers/Assistant Executive Engineers of Zone-III, are made as per the Annexure-III, appended to this Proceedings. 4) The Superintending Engineers (R&B) / Executive Engineers (R&B) concerned are requested to relieve the Assistant Engineers/Assistant Executive Engineers(R&B) under their control immediately by making local arrangements.
