The given fry counter in the situation is not patentable as it is novelty killing.
Based from the Espacenet result it was revealed that a patented document, Fry counter
based on image processing and counting method, is similar to the fry counter given in
the situation.
Since it is novelty killing the fry counter device cannot be registered in a patent
office.
