6.1 Organization’s vision, mission, and objectives

Table BP 2.1 shows the logo used by VG Pasta Production and describes the
company’s vision, mission, and objectives.

the number of customers
increases. This is important to
ensure that we can continue
giving good quality services to
our customers.

a) To achieve consistency in our

-This is important to ensure that
we have good cash flow and a
smooth running business.
b) To promote the healthy food to
customers and ensure that the
demands and expectations of
customers are met.
c) To offer reasonable prices to
customers
-Price is very important for
customers. The price and quality
of our product must be parallel
with each other. Therefore,
reasonable prices are very
important in order to make
customers continue consuming
our product.
d) To achieve monthly profit
targets.
-Our objective is to achieve our
monthly profit target to ensure
that we make a reasonable
amount of profit every month.
This can help enhance our
financial position.

6.3 Manpower planning

VG Pasta Production has one General Manager, Administration, Operation


Manager, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, Human Resource Manager
and a few staffs including cleaner and security guard to manage and execute
the operation of the business as shown in Table BP 2.2.

6.4 Schedule of tasks and responsibilities

Table BP 2.3 describe the tasks and responsibilities of every position. The
following function and responsibilities have been identified and will be
delegated to the respective individual to ensure the smooth operation of the
business.

all incoming calls, and distributing
messages to appropriate team members.

rooms and reception areas are ready for
meetings.
- oversee the preparation, analysis,
negotiation, and review of contracts related
to purchasing materials, supplies, products,
or services.
- provide or oversee centralized operations
and procedures of services for the agency.

- create and maintain effective internal
controls for equipment inventory.

Marketing Manager - manage and coordinate all marketing,
advertising and promotional staff and

6.5 Remuneration plan

For our company, we have chosen the EPF scheme to be given to all
employees. Table BP 2.4 illustrates the remuneration plan for each employee
in VG Pasta Production.
