Table BP 2.3 describe the tasks and responsibilities of every position. The
following function and responsibilities have been identified and will be
delegated to the respective individual to ensure the smooth operation of the
business.
Task Responsibilities
General Manager - determine staffing requirements
- hire and train new staff
-supervise direct reporting staff according to
overall company policy
- apply strategic planning to determine
company, department or unit objectives
- set employee goals and objectives
- develop staff to maximize potential
- monitor staff performance including
performance reviews
- delegate work duties to staff to attain
objectives
- allocate use of available resources
- monitor and assist staff with work progress
- evaluate current business processes and
systems
- plan and implement procedures and
systems to maximize operating efficiency

- co-ordinate financial and budget activities
- facilitate the preparation and analysis of

- responsible for the achievement of

Administration Manager - perform and supervise general office
activities, such as greeting visitors, filing,
photocopying, faxing, processing outgoing
and incoming mail, routing and screening
all incoming calls, and distributing
messages to appropriate team members.
- ensure that conference rooms, meeting
rooms and reception areas are ready for
meetings.
- oversee the preparation, analysis,
negotiation, and review of contracts related
to purchasing materials, supplies, products,
or services.
- provide or oversee centralized operations
and procedures of services for the agency.

Marketing Manager - manage and coordinate all marketing,
advertising and promotional staff and
activities - conduct market research to
determine market requirements for existing
and future products
- analysis of customer research, current
market conditions and 23 competitor

- expand and develop marketing platforms
including social media platforms
- manage the productivity of the marketing

Operation Manager - overseeing the production of goods and

- ensure that the machinery equipment used
have the ability to produce goods and
services for the client at an acceptable
standard.
- chalking out the overall operational policy

Financial Marketing - produce financial reports, direct
investment activities, and develop strategies
and plans for the long-term financial goals.
- prepare financial statements, business
activity reports, and forecast.
- monitor financial details to ensure that
legal requirements are met.

reporting and budgeting

Staff - sorting and handing out post

6.5 Remuneration plan
For our company, we have chosen the EPF scheme to be given to all
employees. Table BP 2.4 illustrates the remuneration plan for each employee
in VG Pasta Production.
