2. Testing of Spray Nozzle at Large Water Flow Laboratory of FCRI

Testing of Spray Nozzles (four numbers) were conducted at Large Water Flow Laboratory of FCRI. The spray nozzle tests
were conducted at Valve Cavitation Research Centre (VCRC) of Large Water Flow Laboratory.

3. Testing of Control Valves performed in water flow laboratory of FCRI
Testing of Control Valves were performed in water flow laboratory of FCRI. Valves were of different sizes ranging from
8” to 16”.

4. Mass Flow meter & Ultrasonic flow meter Calibration at Oil Flow Laboratory

Mass Flow meter & Ultrasonic flow meter were calibrated at Oil Flow Laboratory. The Ultrasonic flow meter was
calibrated by comparison method. The flow meter is used as custody transfer meter.

5. Secondary Injection valve tests

Injection valves for space applications were tested at FCRI. These secondary injection valves (SITVC) are typically used
for Pitch & Yaw control needs in launch vehicles. The HFTF facility available at FCRI was modified to meet the test
requirement for LPSC injection valve test.
