Poaching of rhinos

Today very few rhinos survive outside national parks and reserves due to persistent
poaching and hábitat loss over many decades,The principal reason of poaching them is
because of their horns.
In Africa ,southern white rhinos once thought to be extinct now thrive in protected
sanctuaries and classified as near threatened .But the western black rhino and
northern white rhinos have recently gone extinct in the wild.
We have to protect rhinos by reporting the poaching because they represent a part of
our great diversity of species. Also rhinos contribute to economic growth and
sustainable development through tourism ,which creates job opportunities and
provides tangible benefits to local communities.
To finish,I have to add that rhinos are one of the big five animals popular on African
safaris and they are also a popular tourism draw in places like the Eastern
Himalayas.Take care of them so thatthey can endure more.
