I hereby notify the owner that I will not be exercising my option to renew after tenancy ends on 31 st

December 2019. I also undertake to return the vacant possession including handling over all of the keys
of the above mentioned premise to the owner by end of the December 2019.

I hereby further undertake to restore the Premise to its original state and condition at my own expenses
in accordance of the tenancy agreement.
