T S R Law (Tourism Social Responsibility Law)

WHAT: Every establishments on a place that has tourist attraction

should have at least one municipal beneficiary.

WHO WILL BENEFIT THE PROPOSE LAW?

The Government and people of the chosen municipality.

WHERE THIS PROPOSE LAW SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED?

In general, this propose law should be implemented all over the

Philippines.

WHEN THIS PROPOSE LAW SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED?

The owner of every establishment will be given 365 days to look for

their municipal beneficiary after the law was implemented.

HOW THE PROPOSE LAW SHOULD BE IMPELEMENTED?

The company or the owner should give their chosen municipality the

assistance or help every end of the quarter of the year (1st Quarter

January – March), (2nd Quarter April – June), (3rd Quarter July –

September), (4th Quarter October – December).

But the LGU’s of the chosen municipality should submit proposal break

down every start of the quarter before they got the assistance or help

the company will give at the end of the quarter.

If the company fail to comply the said requirements, the request for

renewal of their business permit will be rejected.
