main concept of our project is the Produc on and fabrica on of open cell Aluminium foam
heat exchanger by one step cas ng method to overcome the limita on of conven onal
methods (e.g. Reduc on of thermal contact resistance which affects the efficiency of heat
transfer devices unfavourably)

● Responsible for Crea on and Revision of IPC (Illustrated Parts Catalogue) for various Pra and
Whitney Engine models.

● Crea on and Revision of CMM (Component Maintenance Manual) of Pra engines based on
SBs and EC (ISpec 2200)
● Responsible for Crea on and Revision of SB (Service Bulle n) for various Pra and Whitney
models.

● Responsible for Impact Analysis, Es ma on, Authoring, research of informa on related to

authoring updates. Executes the men oned ac vi es in a mely and accurate manner.

● Refer Engineering Documents and SB for new crea on and revision of the manual.
● Refer Engine Service Manual and Engine Maintenance Manual for new crea on of IPC manual.
● Update the latest Engineering Document change into the Manual with S1000D standard and
standard documents to meet the customer requirements.

● Technical author – Civil Large Engines (CLE) and Civil Small Medium Engines (CSME) - EM and
CIR manuals for Rolls Royce engines.

● Worked on Engine manuals (Removal and installa on of engine parts) and EMM for CSME.

inspec on tool, Inspec on guide.

● Knowledge of various style guides including Simplified Technical English (STE) and possess
