The age limit is 18 to 28 years in case of DEO and 18-30 years in case of Social worker and Field worker, relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates under the rules applicable. 2. All relevant certificates/ testimonials must be submitted alongwith application proforma dully attested by the Gazetted Officer i.e. (i) Matriculation certificate for age proof/10+2 te/ Diploma/Degree as well as higher qualification certificates and experience certificate if any. (ii) Himachali bonetied certificate (iii) Character certificate, Preference will be given to those who have higher qualification’ experience in the required discipline and having valid experience certificate. The candidate must be bonafied Himachali. 4. The interested candidates shall have to apply at his/her own cost. IGMC, Shimla will not bear any expenses for this. 5. The criteria of selection against the post shall be on the basis of marks obtained in essential qualification and having valid experience certificates in required discipline. 6. The candidate has no right for regularization as the posts are purely on co-terminus basis for specified period under the project. 7. In case the performance of the candidate is found un-satisfactory, his/her services can be terminated at any time without giving any notice. 8. The contract period would be extended beyond one year by the Principal, IGMC, Shimla on the recommendation of concemed project coordinator in case the period of project is extended or completion/winding up of the project whichever is earlier. 9. Before Joining the post the candidate shall have to submit an affidavit mentioning that he will not leave the project before completion of 6 months, 10. The selected candidate concemed may leave the contract by giving one month notice or depositing one month remuneration and incentives.
