Abstract. Rural region development was one of the national project called Nawacita.
Noenoni Village that located in Timor Tengah Selatan Regency is one of the rural region
that fall behind than the other region. Based on the initial survey of community needs there
are some potential for the development of agro-industrial based product. Introduction of
technology can be applied for the production of sweet potato chips as one of the Text Times
New Roman 10 pt., justified, 1.0 -spaced, not more than 250 words
