Evidence: Cultural literacy around the world

When I was 17 years old, I had the opportunity to travel to Malta

in the Mediterranean Sea, for 3 Months. I lived there while I was
studying English. Malta is part of the European Union.
Malta is in the Mediterranean Sea, where people from all over the
world go to have vacation. Their culture is very rich an interesting.
During the summer, people enjoy the marvelous beaches and
Malta’s people offers the best of them. Therefore it is not forbidden
to eat or drink liquor in public, even if you are not Maltese. Another
aspect I found strange is the teen can drink beer in discos. This
aspect is quite different in my country where teen can´t
Drink liquor until 18.
Regarding religion, they have different believes but most are
catholic. Therefore the day is divide in three parts, first, we studied,
second we went to the beach and third we went to a night parties.
Every day it is an excellent experience, to go to the museums, to go
to the churches and to enjoy the beaches.
In the Heaven city of Rabat, you can find the torture museum.
There, you can learn about the violence that the catholic religion
imposed to compel people to be catholic.
Near Malta you find little islands like Comino where the beach is
wonder. Since there, you can go to Sicily, Greece, Corsica and other
interesting places.
At six a.m., I went to the European school, at 12:00 m. I went home
and have lunch, at 1:00 p.m., I went the different beaches until 4:00
or 5:00, and finally about 7:00 pm. I went to the different night
parties, until about 12:00. It was the best experience of my life. I
would you to invite to enjoy Malta and the Mediterranean Sea, it
could be the best experience in your life.
