Metoclopramide is used to treat the symptoms of slow stomach emptying

(gastroparesis) in patients with diabetes.

Naproxen is used to relieve pain from various conditions such as headache, muscle
aches, tendonitis, dental pain, and menstrual cramps. It also reduces pain, swelling,
and joint stiffnesscaused by arthritis, bursitis, and gout attacks. This medication is known as a
nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking your body's production of
certain natural substances that cause inflammation.

Celecoxib is a prescription nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for the relief

of pain, fever, swelling and tenderness caused by arthritis. Celecoxib is also used
for familial Familial Adenomatous Polyposis

Mefenamic acid is used for the short-term treatment of mild to moderate pain from
various conditions. It is also used to decrease pain and blood loss from menstrual
periods. Mefenamic acid is known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)

Cefuroxime is used to treat many kinds of bacterial infections, including severe or life-
threatening forms.

Amoxicillin is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. This medication is

a penicillin-type antibiotic. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.

Amlodipine is used with or without other medications to treat high blood pressure.
Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney
problems. Amlodipine belongs to a class of drugs known as calcium channel blockers. It
works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily.

Tramadol is a narcotic-like pain reliever. Tramadol is used to treat moderate to severe

pain in adults. The extended-release form of tramadol is for around-the-clock treatment
of pain. The extended-release form of tramadol is not for use on an as-needed basis for
pain.

Metronidazole is an antibiotic that is used to treat a wide variety of infections. It works

by stopping the growth of certain bacteria and parasites.
