As required by my contract of employment, I hereby give you one month's notice of

my intention to leave my position as Telecommunication Engineer with PT XXXX. My
last day of employment will be Friday, July 29, 2011. It is the family reason that
lead me to decide this resignation.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to you as

my supervisors, as well as many friends and colleagues here at CCSI. It has been a
great pleasure to work with you all, and I have also learned a great deal about GSM
2G Optimization. I am certain that the skills I have acquired here will be of great
