Open Text VIM DP Document are in created

status while work flow view not visible

Issue:
I have some DP documents in created status but when i am checking in VIM analytic report , it is not
showing me workflow view.I have tried to click on SYNC option also but still not updated.From work
flow log , it shows me work item as completed status with task id WS00275270.
Can we retrieve this work items?

Solution:
The work items was not appearing in user's inbox because workflow was
stuck somewhere.As suggested by SAP , need to preform below steps.
 The work item needs to be deleted, run transaction SWWL to "Delete the work item".
 Once work item is deleted, run transaction SWUE to "Trigger the event".Here , you need to
enter Object category:BOR;Object type:/opt/V1001;Event:PSS Completed and DP Document
number which is not showing in User's inbox.You will get the message "Event created-
atleast one receiver found".
 Go to VIM ANALYTICAL Report to check the process history of that DP document
number.You can see that new work item is triggered to the user 's inbox.
By this way, you can see the DP document work items and you can able to complete your process.
(OR)
Go To admin /OPT/VIM_7AX8 transaction and try to start the workflow manually by trigger. Probably
your OCR(ICC) has a company code file that is pointing to wrong system.
Also check the workflow log from SWI6 Tcode and give Business object /OPT/V1001 and the DP
number and check all the Workflow log. It can also happen the users are not maintained and the
workflow are in error.
