Ok and to pull your report I just need to read you a brief disclosure so bear with me:
Required Disclosure
Ok, great! In order for CreditFix to review your credit report and determine your eligibility, we
need your authorization to obtain a copy of your personal report from a third party credit report
provider. Doing so is providing "written instructions" to obtain a copy of your personal credit
report in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. To confirm you authorize us to pull your
report please say “I Agree”.

Ok so I see enough listed here that I’m confident we can help you out and It looks like you have a
strong case.
Here’s how it works, we’ll fight for you to remove inaccuracies, excessive inquiries, duplicated or
incorrect information, and any errors bringing down your scores or making it difficult for you to
be approved.
You will be given access to an account online where you can track your progress 24 hours a day 7
days a week and you will be given a toll free number you can call anytime you have questions.
Most importantly [ Prospect Name ], we don’t stop at the credit agency level like some other
companies do. If the item is verified on your report, we have the option under Federal law to
demand validation directly with the creditors. We’re able to say prove it or remove it. We do
everything within our power to improve and optimize your reports.
Required Credit Repair Billing Disclosure
Now as far as cost goes, we need to get your full reports from multiple bureaus on file so we can
send out your first round of dispute letters. That’s done through a third party credit report
provider, it’s a one time non refundable fee of just $12.95 today. Then 5 days from today, when
the work is complete you will be billed just $119.95 by us, fair enough?
Ok great, there is no long term contract, you can pause or cancel at any time. You will be billed
the same flat rate each month on the same day for as long as you retain our services.

Ok and to be sure that work goes on uninterrupted, What alternate credit card would you like to

Ok, just to confirm, you agree to purchase your multi bureau report for $12.95 from a third party
credit report provider. By agreeing you acknowledge you accept this purchase and understand
this fee is nonrefundable and separate from any fee charged by CreditFix for any credit repair
services. Do you authorize this purchase so we can start working on your account today and
authorize CreditFix to use the same billing information for any charges?
If Card Declines
Well the best part about it is it’s completely month to month so you can always stop or start
services easily. And we’ll be fighting for you to remove anything that could be pulling down your
credit right now. So the cost pays itself off, does that make sense?
If prospect is still not interested offer a postdated payment as a Last Ditch Effort --> Postdate

So it is monthly but each person's situation is different and may require more or less work. I
would give it a shot for a month, see how we can help you and after a month you can get an idea

terms and conditions, including that you agree to transact business with Creditfix in an electronic
manner, disclosures that outline your right to cancel the Agreement any time, as well as your
rights under state and Federal law and your right to acquire a copy of your credit report directly
from the credit bureaus. State and federal disclosures will be sent in a second message and state
your right to cancel your contract with us at anytime.
Check that the phone number you entered and saved was correct.
Have the customer reply back to the SMS with the word “Agree” a 2nd time just in case there
was a 2nd state agreement sent out.
Once you receive the email, click the link to complete the service agreement indicating your
acceptance of the terms and conditions, OK? Great, let me know when you are done.”
To accept these terms we just need you to reply with the word “Agree” to both text messages
you will be receiving. Let me know when you get them, OK?

PROCESS CREDIT REPAIR QUICKSTART - (ONLY IF AGREEMENT IS SIGNED)
- Go through each item in the various sections of the report, verify the prospect recognizes the
account name and balance for each item. Even if the customer recognizes/acknowledges the
item ask them if they would like for you to be sure it’s being reported correctly at the bureau.

- Select and discuss which items the customer wants disputed then save the disputes.
Collect Photo ID
One last thing I need from you is a copy of your Photo ID. This will greatly improve the success
of your disputes as the bureaus want to know that you are the one requesting the changes.
Could you take a picture of your Photo ID with your smartphone for me so you can send it over
right now? It must be a Government State Issued ID like a driver's license.
To send it over just open up the text message or email you responded to for the agreement and
look for a text that says “The last step in opening your credit repair case”. That message should
have a link in it that will take you to a page where you can upload your ID...let me know when
you see it.

please ask the customer to take and send another using the same process.)
You can also respond to by email, you should have just received an email as well.
Your first dispute letters will be prepared for you and sent out within the next 5 days. After they
have been sent out, you will be waiting for the responses to be mailed to you directly from the
credit bureaus within the next 30 to 45 days.
Results will arrive in your mailbox in plain white envelopes, they sometimes look like junk mail so
keep an eye on your mailbox during this process.
When you receive your results we ask you send them back to us so we can record your success
or issue new disputes if needed. If you don’t receive responses within the next 45 days please
contact our service department, and If you have a pen I would like to give that number now.
You will also receive a welcome email that contains your online account information where you
can see your disputes and progress, as well as a summary of your credit reports.
You can always give us a call if you need to update your card on file or have any additional
questions about our process. I can’t wait for you to get that feeling of accomplishment when you
achieve your goal!

specific outcome. It takes time to restore and get your credit back where you want it. Some
