Introduction
The objective of this paper is to describe multi-dimentional typologies of orga-
nizational culture from the point of view of management. This goal could be
achieved by:
1. description of multi-dimentional typologies of organizational culture,
2. identification of the most common multi-dimentional typologies of
corporate culture used by organizational researchers,
3. analysis of the most popular multi-dimentional typologies of organizational
culture.

Conclusion
The concept of the typologies of organizational culture could be criticized from
different pespectives. The multi-dimentional typologies of organizational cul-
ture are more complicated than one-dimentional. Frequently there is no easy to
differentiate between models of cultures and typologies of organizational cul-
